Time...
We have all asked or been asked..."Excuse me, do you have the time??"
A nice way to get some help..."When you have time..."
If you get there and someone is glad..."Just In Time ! ..."
This could be bad, or could be the title of a blog story.."It's about time!"
TV and Movies
Oh the things you can find on the internet! The image above is from a TV show that was made in 1966. The great Sherwood Schwartz (Gilligan's Island) created the show, which had 26 episodes.

From my memory, a Justin TImberlake science fiction movie from 2011 called, In Time. A quick google images search and this photo popped up.
From the silly, to the serious, each generation deals with the concept of time.
Cultural views of Time
Around the world different cultures handle the idea of time in their own way as well.
Western Culture, for the most part, measures time by the clock. The USA, Canada, most of Europe, Japan, and parts of Asia. The Swiss have taken it to the extreme level, known for their accurate watches and clocks.
Eastern Culture, including China, Africa, Southern Europe, handle time more a more general, and cyclical way. In Thailand, for example, not only Time, but life itself goes around in a circle.
That statement is from a blog by Richard Lewis, called, How Different Cultures Understand Time. June 2020.

When does time begin for us?
Some say when we are born, and begin to breathe on our own.
Some say when we are conceived, and our mom, and our dad provide DNA that becomes our unique DNA.
The Bible tells us in Jeremiah, 1:5, “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you,“
How much time do we have?
Mathmatically speaking, we all have 24 hours in a day.
How many days do we have? That is one of life's mysteries.
Psalms 139:16 says, (NIV) Your eyes saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.
Job 14:5 says, A man's days are numbered.
Here is a good list of 57 verses about time, from Daily Verses.net. https://dailyverses.net/search/Time
Finally, one of my favorites... from Psalms 121
The Lord will keep you from all harm,
He will watch over your life.
The Lord will watch over your coming and going,
both now and forevermore.

So, you and I traded a few of our precious minutes on this article.
May those few minutes return ten fold! Like a short nap that makes us more efficient and focused for the rest of the day.
We are reminded that not only time is limited, but also our knowledge and understanding.
May Faith in God be our bridge to stand on, and fill the gap between our understanding, and things we cannot grasp.
Let's make the most of our Now time , and our Forever time.
Time is all we have.
